Act 2: Disconnect
I went into this expecting nothing, maybe that's why i'm so enthralled. That's not true, I went in expecting some half-assed waifu simulator. I didn't get it, instead I got interesting writing and a thoughtful take on character interaction. What a surprise.
Never been into illustrated stuff or the manga/anime thing but I thought I would give this a shot seeing as how popular this thread is.
Upon starting the game I found this.

I know that, but it's almost like the game is insulting my own intelligence. Either allow the character to pick up on it or don't drop any hints at all.

[sp]I didn't, and I got the good ending so I figure it was probably the right thing to do. All the characters who knew about it mentioned it being brave and probably the best choice, and her mother says that she's glad you didn't confront emi[/sp]

Seriously though, good story, and turning off adult scenes actually wouldn't make much of a difference. Only problem is there isn't much choice in options, you'll be waiting 15 minutes for a decision.

I just finished Lilly's path, it was so fucking emotional, normally I would say manly tears but there isn't anything manly about these tears, oh and I got the good ending (I think.)

I think that might actually be the only ending for Emi's path. In the archive it's just listed as emi_ending, not emi_goodend or emi_trueend or anything.
Can anyone confirm that the good ending for Lilly is [sp]You in the fields near Yamaku with Lilly and Akira, because someone said that you have sex in the end (though I'm not sure to whom he was referring to.)[/sp]

No, I got an unmistakably bad ending from picking the "wrong" final two choices [sp]('confront her at her home', 'do not tell Misha about your problem'), which leads to an ending where you break up and never speak again[/sp].

[sp]So I guess the breakup is just a normal conversation with sprites then, since there's no other endings in the events section. Interesting that some other characters get special event art for their bad ends but Emi doesn't.[/sp]

For me, while Rin's ending was really nice, the path there left a slightly bad aftertaste. Lilly was just great.
I'd recommend Rin then Lilly.
I'm having trouble with Emi's path, I can't get the bad ending.
