I don't think of it as "one of the better ones", but since it is free and easy to acquire, it'd be a good introduction to visual novels.

I haven't played this game but I'd have to call it a porno game if it actually has porn scenes. If it had some reserved sex scenes that aren't about graphic nudity and shit then it'd be more legitimate. But if that comic posted earlier is any indication then it sounds like just a creepy fetish porno game.
I mean you could say that the sex scenes in a porno movie are optional because you can fast-forward through them to get to the plot, but it's still porn because the director put graphic sex scenes in it.
