I really doubt Hanako is being bullied/hit on by the other girls. I've played a good share of the game (I only miss Shizune's arc now) and that's what I'm sure of:
Lilly is on friendly terms with her.
Misha is just teasing her, however she isn't the brightest of light and lacks delicacy.
Shizune is a fascist, but she just wants her to come more during class because that's her job as the president of the student council or whatever.
Emi and rin aren't insulting her either.

Assuming we are talking about the same thing, I would like to point out that Hisao, the protagonist, is most certainly a male.
Unless you were replying to something else because it sounds like you are talking about Hanako who I did not mention. But it's okay accidents happen.

Finally finished Rin, with the good ending (I think).
Anyway, it was not necessarily a sad arc, but it was ultimately depressing.
