Not really, she's just really upset that once Lilly focused on one thing she would continue to do that one thing instead of working on multiple things. Somewhat understandable, and Hanako is just hated by association with Lilly.

Shizune's first scene was almost like a fetish of mine, except for the hands tied behind chair part, bondage is kind of creepy.
