When you ink things try making the image size really big and then shrink it down when finished.

like in that hastily put together example. I doubled it to 2000 by 1500 but you can go bigger. Drawing in general is easier when you do it bigger. I don't have much experience on skin though so I can't help you there.
Main problem was the skin. I couldn't get it to look natural. I started doing the hair but I wanted the face done first, so I ended up just skipping them both and regretting coloring anything.
Would've left it all empty if I didn't have half of it on the same layer as the outline. I'm a dumbass who forgets to use layers sometimes.

That's the point of Rin's story. That's how most people react to her, and why she feels so isolated and alone. It's why she paints, to try and communicate with other people.

I kinda get her, I feel that way. No matter what I say, I'm not saying what I really want or what I really mean.
But Rin has some sort of deep seeded mental or emotional issues that she needs to get sorted out. I don't say that because I'm being a dick, I think she's manic depressive or something.

Her good ending addresses her 'issues'.
[sp]She isn't bipolar, if we're labeling her, she is likely a highly functioning autistic person or has aspergers. Even those are up in the air though (the reason they're even a possibility is because of Rin's proficiency at speaking backwards, it didn't seem to require any effort). The whole ending is trying to show that she has had some weight lifted from her, and that she is comfortable enough with Hisao to actually go to his room.
It's a happy ending, one that ends in both of them realizing they're in love, and Rin admitting that she is happy (perhaps for the first time in her life) and that everything is going to be alright.[/sp]
