The story became laughably bad very soon, some lines where as if they translated them from English, to Japanese, to Indian, and back to English.

5 separate, but not consecutive, timelines. Effectively, all timelines happen at once, since you basically restart to do a different one. The player character is technically banging a blind chick and a armless chick at the same time in different, alternate instances.
