I've been playing through shizune's arc and I don't think misha has autism or down's syndrome. Misha doesn't obsessively fixate on something like someone with autism would, she doesn't hold objects above people. She look like she had down's syndrome either and that disorder is getting rarer and rarer these days anyway.
