Well after doing Lilly's, Shizunes and Emis path i really don't think there is any more i can do. Shizune's path got me depressed about misha, Lilly was amazing, Emi to me was funny depressing and related to me the most. This is the end for me in this game unless someone happens to mod and do a substantial amount to the game, if that is possible, to make me want to come back. GG.
I know there is rin and hanako but neither of them interest me enough.

Same here man. Since the only route I've completed so far was Lilly's, those emotions aren't all happy. And now that I'm doing Hanako's route I'm constantly reminded of them, too.

They have foreshadowing, and you should be able to pick up on them before they appear.
You can disable them too.

There is graphic nudity, but there's also an option to turn the sex scenes off if you don't want to see them.

with basically all the routes you don't see sex until an hour or more into them, and even then you can disable it
i'd say the only character that has anything added to them through sex scenes is rin, the rest are just there
And there's no sound effects for the scenes.
