Well, I've played all but Lilly's arc so far, and seen all the endings for the 4 I did beat it with. So far I must say, without spoiling, that Rin's is the best and Shizune's is the worst. Hanako and Emi's are pretty good too, but I think I like Hanako's slightly more than Emi's.
For some reason I feel like I'm not allowed to like Hanako's story because it seems like her story was written for the fat weabo stereotype: those who want a meek, soft spoken, "injured baby lamb" waifu.
I would think I would have liked Emi's the most considering I also wear prosthetic legs, but she's a slut. Also dumb.

This time, I fixed up a major mistake regarding how to get Slow Recovery/Home field disadvantage, it should be more clear now.
Also fixed up Rin's path so you don't have to read one big bubble but two smaller and more concise bubble.

Started a re-play of this, I'm past the first choice. Did Emi last time and it really impacted me emotionally, I'm thinking about aiming for Lilly this time because it was the path I was initially attempting to take before I jumped on Emi's. According to the story branch guide chart I accidentally caught a glimpse of on page 35 I'm on good way towards the Lilly/Hanako path, though some comments here has me worried it's gonna be so good the other paths will seem dull by comparison. Not that I've set up plans on getting 100% completion anyway, it's just something that irks me.

It's a reference to the comic posted a few times here in this thread (and elsewhere). I don't think it parodies actual sex scenes in the game because that comic is a lot older than the finished release of the game.
