I'm not sure I will though. Hanako was probably the one I felt the least interested in on my first playthrough, possibly because her personality seemed so oddly cliché. I'll decide later since the paths are apparently closely related; if following Hanako ends up feeling like I'm just killing time before Lilly, then I'll go with Lilly straight away.

She was so nonchalante yet caring that it was weirdly enticing. Honestly I would've preferred to see her character fleshed out more too. Though I can see why they didn't, probably wouldn't make for so much great dialogue with her personality also being humorous, and that being mostly Kenji's role.

True, but out of all of the scenes, i had the 2nd most "best scene" was with her. First was a tie between emi and misha

It's about perspective I suppose. Someone jumping into this game expecting just fap material is in for quite the emotional jolt regardless of arc, I think!
I'd agree on Emi's being emotional though if you're into the first-person experience thing to the point where you can really emphasize with the characters. If you've gotten that immersed then the turning events that Emi puts you through are bound to cause stress.
