I don't know why people didn't like shizune's arc. Even though there's one choice I think it's a pretty good story. You get to know someone who appears to be a total bitch but it turns out she's a normal and caring person even though her family is kind of messed up. I guess it's a matter of personal taste but I liked it a lot.
