Clips were too long and humor was really forced. Also the volume was really badly balanced. Some things were too quiet, for exmple.
Like the dude above me said. Don't mimic RWJ. Showing clips and talking on the other side/over them isn't really a new concept and it's not inherently bad. It can be done well. Choose clips that you can actually give interesting commentary to.
If not, just publish the clips free from the commentary. Make them shorter and try to cut out the vestigial bits of script.

That is a good RWJ parody, in my opinion. Sadly because it's good, everyone who likes RWJ thumb it down. If it was bad, on the other hand, it'll still be thumbed down.
I actually liked it... It was a nice parody, except that the clips weren't that short.
I'm not fond of RWJ, but I did like the effort and amount of detail the video had.
You just need more high-pitch annoying voices and "dramatic", ludicrous amounts of slowmotion cuts.

I deliberately kept that out to keep viewers sane.
Barrel-Roll, I've been following your channel since its beginning and all I have to say is that you still haven't learned to not drag things on. If you had of spent half the time for each little sketch, it would have been a lot better. Also for it to be a true RWJ presentation, you need the silly transition sounds. You also should have made more jabs at RWJ's incompetence and general insults about how making a 4 minute long video of stealing other people's videos can get you thousands of dollars, ect.
Scenes dragging on was what made your HIM series not as good as it could have been, and other videos in general.
On the positive side, the voice actor impersonating RWJ was very good. I recommend using him again. Another of your common faults is the voice acting, I've seen that its hit and miss.
Otherwise it was still an okay video. The true downfall is the first scene with the hillbillies and how drawn out it was. I would give it a 6/10.

I think some people here are missing the point of a parody. For example, Duty Calls is not a good game in the slightest. But people love it because they hate Call of Duty.
I think perhaps you have to go further into the whole parody thing and maybe make the jokes a little easier for your audience to understand.

Well I'd really like a chance to make this concept better, so I may, down the line a bit. I know exactly what I did wrong, and what I did right - thanks to you guys, and I can put that into practice if I were to do a sequel.

It's okay, I chuckled once or twice. But I hate RWJ too much to enjoy it.
