Better. Also Battlelog is brilliant now, keeps me more in tune with my level and unlocks than BC2 ever did.
Two guys were partied up for Attack Heli, but I managed to seat the gunner. (US, Caspian)
Obviously the pilot wouldn't fly, so I shot a TV Missile killing an enemy sniper at Hilltop. Then I fired a second TV Missile (from US deployment..) destroying a tank and got a double kill.
Then I said "It takes one word for me to get out" then the guy replied "Please." and I jumped out lol

Does anyone else sort of feel that the sun-glare is incredibly retarded?
I've noticed that on most maps, one team will be facing the sun/moving towards the sun, while the other moves/faces away most of the time. It puts you at a terrible disadvantage, even when you ADS.
I fucking love disabling/shooting down helicopters and jets with a tank cannon.
As hard as it is, they really should have made it its' own ribbon/medal. I also think disabling and destroying air vehicles should be separate from land vehicles. Whole different ball park.

FML moment of the thread:
So internet doesn't work. I call the guys, they say that I owe somewhere in the ballpark of $200 or so, even though we have it set up for autmatic billing.
Turn out we did - but for some reason they refunded the amount we've been "owing" for the past 2 months or so back into my roomate's account (what all the bills are set to draw from) about a month ago, and didn't even bother telling us why or a letter explaining what was going on. Guess what - no money in roomates account (she uses it for Debit too, I guess she just thought she had extra cash... what happens when the person in charge of billing stuff is terrible with money), when they tried to reverse the billing mistake two weeks later.
So now my interenet is down, and I had to pay $130 in that "missing bill statement" (which I had obviously put money down twoards in the past few months for) out of my own pocket to get money on our internet account again, since obviously my roomate had no money. And the worst part is, for some goddamn unknown reason, they have to get a guy to come out and swap our modems out to get us "online again" since we "technically signed up for service again" which won't happen for another 4 days or so being a weekend and all that.
TL:DR : Internet died, gave a large sum of money to my provider (time warner) to fix it, only to be informed after the fact that I wont have internet and be able to play BF3 until 4 or so days because now they have to reinstall everything apparently. Which by the way, will probably cost installation fees and other bullshit.
I'm really bad with jets, it's impossible for me to get behind the guy chasing me.

i never really understood why some servers ban people for cursing on M rated games. sure some can claim they're 'christian servers', but you're playing a game made for adults where you run around and shoot people and knife them in the throats and blow them up with helicopters, pretty sure your christian faith wouldn't like that

I'm fine with servers with that. It removes kids that think cursing makes them cool and also keeps the chat box from filling with comments like "YOU FUCKING FAGGOT SNIPER LERN TO PLAY" "FUcK YOu ANd YOUR nOOBTUB!" etc, etc.

I'm having problems using my joystick for BF3. When I want to bind a button or axis, it doesn't give me chance to input it properly, it seems there's no deadzone. I'm trying to unbind it for infantry controls too. Is there a config file I can edit manually, and is it possible to set a deadzone?

Saying stuff like "Holy shit that was awesome!" as a reaction to something you just witnessed should be okay. It's mainly in place on some servers because they don't want idiots bantering back and forth, throwing curse words into the chat box. But to be honest, cursing shouldn't even be a part of "formal" communication anyway. We have much larger vocabularies than that, so we don't need to use expletives to communicate with others and to express our opinions.
