Here's how you get on top of the train in the eastern tunnel.

God I wish I knew what to do about the game crashing after playing for 5-10 minutes. Whether I put it on lowest or Ultra it makes no difference. Ultra runs perfectly until it crashes. I have an i52500k and an Asus 560 ti 900Mhz card.
Try putting this into Command Prompt. bcdedit /set increaseUserVa 3072 It worked for me.
No luck. Thanks though. What's that supposed to do anyway?
No luck. Thanks though. This variable can have any value between 2048 (2 GB) and 3072 (3 GB) megabytes in decimal notation. Windows uses the remaining address space (4 GB minus the specified amount) as its kernel-mode address space."
Ah okay. Now to see what else I could try to fix the issue...
God, this game would be so much prettier had they actually left colours in the game. Karkand just blurs together for me in a mixture of grey and blue-white.

Seriously, the screen shots all look fine, but playing the map actually just makes me a little exhausted, it's ridiculously washed out and bright, making the maps really bland and look worse than they actually are. Actually, that's my problem with a ton of maps on this game, even if they actually are detailed. A lot of the maps are like barren wastelands, even in urban areas. This problem could easily be fixed in post processing to make things stand out. It is like they didn't even attempt unique colour correction, forcing everything to be in almost one colour instead of making what should stand out... stand out. It makes the game extremely ugly. This is weird, because the problem isn't on every map, the greener maps still have issues, but are a vast improvement. Just a little more saturation and the game would be far more pleasing visually.

To all you people who complain about not being able to spawn on your squad in SDM, it's a bug. When you join a game in progress, that happens. The next round, you'll be in the actual squad with your squadmates and can spawn on them. Alternatively, you can press "switch team" before spawning which puts you in another squad and also correctly lets you spawn on them.
First time I heard someone say "thanks". Yay.
First time I heard someone say "thanks". Yay.
I try to do that, but since the current commorose is quite shit my character starts yelling something like "Fuck! Cover my ass!" instead of "Thanks!"
Co-op with strangers is a bitch drop em' like liquid on the bus part... I though since i'm on the right and he was on the left we would go for the buses on our sides..But no I mark my targets and throw the flash bangs he ends up spamming at my guys his buses hostages get spray painted all over the bus...
I'm probably not the only one having hard time seeing anything inside buildings, especially in Karkand. I tried increasing the brightness, but then it's so damn bright outside.
Pick engineer and destroy windows/balconies. Better safe than sorry :v:
A few days ago if I played Recon I'd fail horribly...but suddenly sniping just clicked for me and I was topping the server with ridiculous headshots from across the map, and sniping heli pilots out of the sky. Today I sniped someone right as they revived a friend, then I shoot the revived guy, right as someone spawns on him and I shoot them as well.
You heartless bastard.
I try to do that, but since the current commorose is quite shit my character starts yelling something like "Fuck! Cover my ass!" instead of "Thanks!"
the guy who i meant to thank is gone when i even get the commorose to work so i just stand there all alone while my character says "thanks!" oh and then i get shot in the back from somewhere, obviously
How to dodge AA missiles (In a jet) 1: Find the source of the missile launch (Helicopter, Mobile AA, etc). 2: Fly straight away from the source while they lock onto you 3: When you hear the missile incoming beep, make the sharpest turn you can and fly directly at the target that shoots at you 4: in 90% of the cases you'll dodge the missile since they'll have a hard time hitting something that comes straight on.
Anyone up for co-op?
The only fun thing about Recon is getting that perfect shot on a running guy 400m away. But that's pretty much it.

L96 is better than sex. Fact. Sort of...
How to dodge AA missiles (In a jet) 1: Find the source of the missile launch (Helicopter, Mobile AA, etc).
See that's the hard part right there. So many times I've been flying in loops thinking another jet was trying to lock onto me but the whole time it was Mobile AA so I was just wasting my time. These days I only fly the jets if we have the SU-35 Flankers, then laugh at the F35s desperately trying to shake me. Shit is so unbalanced because the Flankers can pretty much turn on a dime while the F35s lumber around with all the grace of a flying steamroller
I can't finish the mission "thunder run" cause it freezes right after the in tank shooty thing Anyone know how to fix this? I'm actually enjoying the campaign
