am I the only one that can't paly at the moment? It gets stuck on joining server
So I'm having fun on KOBK's server Jihadjeeping tanks and sneaking up on Tunguskas and c4ing them and someone joins the teamspeak server. When that happens it says "User joined your channel". So I jokingly make a Tron: Legacy reference and say "Identify yourself, User" and laugh and someone starts being a twat about it. I take it in stride and joke back. 2 minutes later "You have been banned. Reason: Tard" (This is from both the Game server and the TS server)

True. i upgraded to 8 GB and the difference is titanic! Before it was reading and writing to the pagefile constantly, now it just goes "bitch please!"
Also is there any fucking reason why the only FP server is an EU one and no one ever plays on it?

7 crashes in 30 minutes. Anybody know anything at all about this?
Yeah, I'm having some trouble staying in games too.
For the past week I lag constantly no matter how good it says my ping is.

I have 4GB and run just fine
Granted I don't do standard AA (just post), and my textures aren't maxed, but I can't really tell.
If you have AA enabled plus a high resolution you need a LOT of ram for BF3, because it basically needs to have the whole scene/frame in memory by how many times you have the AA set to.

I know nothing. Don't waste your time trying fixes, it'll first make you pull your hair out, and probably make you cry after the amount of things you attempt, thinking they each work, and then it happening again. I'm refusing to believe it's anything on my end since so many others are having the same issue.
Someone direct me to one of these fabled servers where teamwork is a thing and not just a rare occurrence.

i bought battlefield 3 to play the game, not to spend my time taking care of hackers, that's what anti cheat systems are for
I rarely ever see hackers.
Unless I'm just totally oblivious.
Since launch I've only seen maybe two hackers.
I've only seen one really obvious hacker. Others [I]COULD[/I] have been hacking, but I had no real proof besides being killed in ridiculous ways.
The canister shell on the tank is a bane to enemy existence.
On Firestorm, I drive up to E and I'm warned there are two enemy Support guys waiting to C4 me by my friend who spawn into the gunner seat.
I go dead still in the tank to appear AFK, with the canister shell loaded.
One C4 guys waits 4 seconds, and books into a run dead ahead, and meet the canister shell head on, sliding him down the dirt road a good 40 feet. Then my friend knifed the second guy as he watched his friend sail away down the street.
Then we won. The moral of the story is: 1. Canister beats C4 guy and 2. That thing's a fucking monster against anything that's not a fellow tank.
Today, I got my first torch tank kill and torch infantry kill, it was pretty awesome.
I also used that v pitch trick and actually avoided a couple missiles.
I see like 10 hackers banned per match. It's ridiculous.
Can someone please tell me what the advantage the MK3A1 has over the USAS 12 beside one extra shot?

Are you sure they are actually hackers and not just stupid admins? Also, are you sure it's not a global ban feed, some servers have those.
I rarely see any hackers, then again I haven't played a lot recently.

It comes with a silencer (that doesn't work).
Is there some sort of secret to not getting on garbage teams?
I literally NEVER win anything and I'm always on the team that loses all the bases in like 5 minutes flat no matter what server I join.

Be patient enough to switch teams as soon as possible, that's always been my Battlefield Strategy
I've yet to see any hackers, just horrible teams as far as the eye can see.
I agree, DICE should get off their asses and tweak the friendly AI in multiplayer since they've been set on "burlap sack" since release. How can they miss something like that?

Yep. USAS should have 9 pellets and MK3 should have 12 pellets, both would be balanced then in my opinion.

One of which I beat anyway lol
Yesterday i had some weird things on battlefield.
In the second mission of CO-OP with the helicopter, when i was the gunner and i zoom in and out fast i get those weird horizontal stripes sometimes.
I had this too in multiplayer when i was driving a tank.
I reinstalled Windows and i have 7 with 64bits now, before i had vista 32 bit.
Specs :
AMD Phenom II x4 955
Ati radeon HD sapphire 6870
4 gb DDR2 Ram
ASROCK Alifexfire e sata 2.
