There is no source code in the leak, it's just references from a repository log. It means that Dota inherits some of the code from those files.

They do this shit on purpose. Put random files in unrelated games that hint to Episode 3, then months go by and nothing comes from it.

Hate to be the pessimist here but this isn't EP3, this is Valve renaming the files and leaking the code themselves for shits and gigs.
