I had a dream where my future 30 year old self came back in time so I could play ep3, guess what? It crashed everytime, I was like "What?" Then the dream ended. I guess its that awesome if my future self had to come back to get me, too bad its 15 years from now. :v:

I really loved the defending the mines with turrets part, Griggs and Sheckly made me crack up. Seconding more of them!
I just hope it doesn't get influenced by all these hyper realistic shooters. I happen to enjoy not having ironsights and carrying an menagerie of weapons at my disposal.

I think Vortigaunts ruined the challenge. It would've been a lot more epic to see all red lights blink and figh them alone (with sheckly and griggs of course)

I remember the part with Lazslo, on the sand. I saw them there and it reminded me of Concerned, the comic. I don't know why but I promptly started dancing on the sand then ran away.

I always make a point of stopping to listen to them. I think it's funny how they're always sitting in the same position on a red sofa :v:
Also, I think I may have accidently killed Lazslo and his friend on my first playthrough,oops.
I reckon Valve are going to release Half-Life 4 next just to piss us off, plus it's the only theory that people haven't thought of yet.

They need to add bullsquid, houndeye and ichthyosaurs back in. Fighting four combine soldier recolors with some hunters thrown in has gotten a bit old.
Icthyosaur definitely, I could see a part of the game where a frozen icthyosaur thaws out and then begins to stalk you, maybe multiples of them.

I agree. The Houndeye was my favorite enemy from Half-Life, I kind of figured we might see more of the aliens from Xen as we got farther from City 17.

I assume the combine didn't have much presence outside of City 17 (and other cities) before it was destroyed.
I wouldn't mind a whole trip to Xen, or at least a flashback would be nice.

Ep2 did bring in pre-calculated large scale destruction. Maybe we'll be seeing Xen islands crashing into each other?
Hopefully maps will be a bit destructible, although at this point, everything could be EXACTLY the same as the last game technology-wise and I'd love it.
