Nothing important right now.
The way I see it, Valve aren't sure they can handle Ep 3 at all right now. It could very well be in production, or maybe they hit a roadblock of some sort. Thing is, they aren't going to let a word out until they are sure the game will be released by a certain date. Once they're far enough in production to say to themselves "yes, it will be done by the summer", then they will start slipping bits of info for us, probably in their usual "ooh, it's a conspirancy!" way, masterfully controlling the rise of hype all the way to the release day to generate maximum sales. And we're going to like it.
