Actually, I thought that was Gordon at first too, but it's not. It's Gina Ross or whatever her name is.
I honestly think that Episode Three really won't be that massive...the atmosphere will be a bit more of like Episode One, in that its purpose will be to connect Episode Two to Half Life 3.

Well if there is not a desert in HL2, where or what was that place that Lamar jumps off Gordons head, to what quickly appears to be an abandoned sand buried road next to bent utility poles that looks like it is no where close to City 17, because there did not appear to be any plants in that area, you know, during the teleporting incident in Dr Kleiner's lab? I thought someone no clipped that map on youtube, but I don't have a link. BTW I don't believe they would go back to the desert environment, because its going back in circles, when you remember how HL1 started out there, its just you were inside Black Mesa.

Did you ever think that Valve wanted to stall Episode 3 so they can purposely release Portal 2 first? So that they can slip in some cool info about the Borealis into it?
It's a long shot, but it's possible.
Maybe Portal 2 will come with a EP3 trailer.

I really think it's stupid how Valve have released Left 4 Dead 1 and 2, plus Portal 1 and soon to be 2 before even any news on Episode 3.

Again with the xen aliens, I thought someone emailed Gabe, and they said they were "considering" some, but I don't think all, and actually fighting one Advisor, is a no-brainer, but a bunch, well, yikes, which should be assumable.
I can't be the only one who fully believes that Portal 2 will open up some sort of segue into Episode 3, can I?
