The DataTransGarbledFMaleVx01 has more coherent words, but still messed up. The end says "With the city, we're absolute" or something close to that.
Currently looking at DataTransMaleVx01.

I really don't hear "the chip" that was suggested in npx190's post, but to build on his post about it being a Vort, the second part does sound a lot like Vort chanting.
Alright, with DataTransGarbledFMaleVx01, it sounds a lot like the developer commentary from some unknown game with parts taken out.
It doesn't sound coherent no matter what I do... ah well...

I'm pretty sure the Breen authorised the test on the day of the RC so I'm pretty sure he knows of the G-Man's existance. Wether he know that he is a being from another dimension is speculative though.

With Breen as administrator of BM I'd assume that all major tests (we're talking about alien matter, here) would have to be run by him first.

Kleiner was Gordon's professor in college. So, Gordon and Mossman both applied for the job at Black Mesa, but Kleiner put in a good word for Gordon, so he got the job.
I'm little confused about that episodic statement. They said they moved past the episodic content releases and work on shorter ones. To this day I don't really understand what that means. I get we won't see Episode Three, but did they mean they are capable of working faster or they would release it even more parts? Also if they decide to release something like HL3 I won't complain if it will have some release schedule.

Nope. Gordon got the job because he studied at MIT, not the university of Innsbruck.
He was present at an experiment in Innsbruck though.
I said he attended. I didn't say he studied there.
