Hate to say it, but odds are that's for DotA 2. Valve likes to re-use VA's from their past games.
Or it [i]could[/i] mean that Valve has finally nailed down what gameplay they want out of the next Half-Life and are moving forward with its development, but the former's much more likely.

Actually, theres been alot of wierd shit going down at valve, go on that other thread, the one to do with wierd stuff with valve and counter-strike. They're definetly doin' somthing, and its not to do with DOTA.

I guess they are two separate projects, as I don't see how Ellen McLain is related to a Counter Strike game.
Not to mention Dota 2 has 50+ heroes, any voice actor/actress from TF2, HL and Portal should has a place in it.
It is admittedly quite odd that she would be so vague, instead of just saying "Going to do more work for DOTA 2 and Portal".
To be honest, I'm severely doubting that it will actually be Half Life anyways, or that any of the weird shit going down at Valve has anything to do with HL. Mainly because I still stand by my speculation that we probably won't see a hint of Episode 3 until they're done with DOTA 2 and Portal 2's DLC.
I'd would like anyway to see:
New Graphic's,High Tech new Weapon's,The secret about G-Man...
and that Alyx Vance never dies.

My favourite theory of all time is the one where Kleiner charges in and saves the day while riding a Gonarch version of Lamarr.
