Drag your bin file to bin2xml from gibbeds tools
open the xml and add the code
save the xml
drag xml to xml2bin
place the new bin into dropzone
should work, add me on steam if it doesnt

you probably placed the code in the wrong spot. i added you to steam, just accept lol u just did as im typing this

Go to the DLC subdirectory, expand the pc_00 archive to a directory, then edit 0_blackmarket.bin to have zero price, then move all the files to dropzone directory, run the game, grab the separate_files.tab and separate_files.arc, backup the pc_00.arc and pc_00.tab, (move them to a different directory), then copy separate_files.* files to the DLC directory and rename separate_files.tab to pc_00.tab and separate_files.arc to pc_00.arc (close the game if you do that). Delete the dlc stuff out of the dropzone directory, and next time you start the game that particular DLC should be free, repeat this for all the dlc items.[/QUOTE]

also this adds the bubble gun to the black market, its only xml code and a dds. You have to edit your current blackmarket.bin for it to work
just scroll to the bottom of the code and find the last 2 </object> paste the code above those and it should work

Someone should have a look at the DLC file structure, maybe we can figure out a way to add stuff to the blackmarket without having mods conflicting with each other.

Is it possible to change the minigun from a stationary weapon to a two handed weapon you can carry on your back? Aka turn the minigun into a weapon please

I decided to try and make a floating plane like someone requested way back, i had the personal_jet xml open (Cassius 192) so decided to do that. I wasn't sure what to do with boyancy, but assumed mass and boyancy were related. So i opened up the xml for the speedboat that you can get from the blackmarket, and divided by the chassi_mass 3000 by boyancy 2.25. Which left me with 1333, so i altered the boyancy on the Cassius 192 so the chassi_mass divised by it also equaled 1333. And it worked, perfectly - the plane floated in the water and looked natural.
So then i moved onto the Peek Airhawk, did the same so mass / boyancy = 1333. But this time, it didn't work so well, and i've tried a few different figures and cant get it it float properly (it falls over). So i must've been lucky on my first plane, as the relationship isn't that simple. I have a feeling it will be something to do with centre of mass, but how the coordinates work for that i'm not to sure.
Anyone got any ideas ? I really dont want to just try hundreds of figures until one works :p

Yep, you have to be careful landing or the plane explodes. And taking off takes longer than on land.
The plane also moves quicker in the water without holding down accelerate.
Apart from that last bit about the plane moving quicker without doing anything, it works really well.

If you imagine tipping a boat over and plunging it under water, when you let go it would rise to the surface and spin right over to the correct orientation (assuming this boat was waterproof..) the plane does that constantly.

made another observation,
with the boyancy at 3.5, the plane flips over so it's belly up, which leads me to beleive the center of mass is at the top of plane, and thus it rolls over. I'll try altering that..
