Word of warning. It is not perfected yet nor extensively tested as I am still tnkering. SHouldn't crash the game though. I used values based on what I thought the id's were. Also, I upped their speed to match my own as I increased the speed civi cars go when you ride them.

On the eidos forums, Whitestar and Ceano mentioned how to stop the camera from doing auto-center.
I decided to test it out, and then uploaded the modded files in case anyone wants to use it.

It disables the auto-centering for the camera when parachuting, free-falling and using vehicles.

So does anyone know why xml2bin isn't working for me? When I run the XML file with it it the DOS window just appears then disappears quickly and I don't see a new BIN file anywhere..

I don't know how or what the fuck I did but I somehow managed to make the game crash when I hooked a 474, a helicopter, a jet, a tuk tuk, and one of those tank things together and then flew them with the 474. It was funny because the tank in the back started spazzing out like flinging everywhere then the tuk tuk did then the helicopter then the jet then BOOM crash

No it isn't, the effect is the same on both DX10 and 11, which means it's impossible because DX10 can't use tesselation.

Good idea. I have had paratroopers though, and they rip you to shreds on they way down.

Well personally I've NEVER seen a paratrooper in my 20 hours playthrough but from what I've heard it's better than getting raped by 3 helicopters 2 of which has rockets.. + it looks cooler :P
