Stupid question here: For the pictures of the vehicles added to the blackmarket, where do i put the DDS files. Do i put them with the other mods in the Dropzone folder along with the blackmarket mod?

Hopefully a Multiplayer mod is made for it too, i'd love to have some Agency vs Government / MP Destruction sortof-stuff going on.
This game needs a snowmobile in the snow area of this map, don't know any sandbox games with a snowmobile.
Imagine if we had like, 4 player co-op
attach three jets together, attach a tank to the middle jet.
Three guys fly in unison; one is in the tank. Guy drops the tank into the battlezone to start fucking shit up and the other guys join in.
That would be so epic

I think you'll find thats probably much easier said than done.
This game wasn't designed to be modded, so without a huge mod scene following (unlike this game) certain things won't ever be accomplished as there isn't enough man(brain)power to figure out how to do the more complicated things.
That said, good progress has been made so far.
Some games are just relatively easy to mod, so they get a huge following - such as TES4 Oblivion and GTA: SA, this game just doesn't appear easy to mod.

Depends what we're talking about. Altering weapon power, time of day, that kind of thing may be fairly straight forward.
But adding new content, such as new vehicles, new items and stuff - i think that'll be pretty dificult.
Hope someone makes a mod allowing you to use the grapple from inside the car to attach yours to others or things together.
It'd be damn cool with a strong grapple to attach your car to an underpass whilst going full speed and have you flip up and over the top of it.

Just because the developers don't give you everything doesn't mean it isn't easy to mod.
