it's nothing to do with my game settings, so it's not water settings or something. i tried it with everyone turned off and set to low, same issue, rockets down to 30fps in some directions and when a single grenade goes off, etc

second of all well done you nosed around in my steam profile. i haven't confirmed or denied anything, you do realise i do have siblings and they could have bought the game on their own steam accounts. there's many reasons i could be playing the game legally. that's not the point
