hmm. I did found that ballonfighter.ee but, when i add it to the list it just doesnt spawn :/

The balloon doesnt spawn if added as a vehicle, might need something extra perhaps.

Also the pictures from an earlyer version might need to get a smaller file size, so they load faster.

Yes, i need someone who can do that for me, spawn all vehicles, make a screenshot, size it down, turn it into 'just a vehicle' (so no surroundings etc.), make it have alpha levels and then save it as .dds

i cant do it myself i have photoshop cs4 64-bit, which isn't supported by the nvidia dds tools

uhmm, upgrades to the agency cars should work, normals dont have effect (you can do it, but there is no improvements.. so its useless..)

I am trying to spawn random ninjas in game and having no luck.

I've tried changing various worldsim.bin entries and the closest I have gotten is it once made every civilian and civilian vehicle no longer show up in game.

spawnsetting.bin entries didn't seem to change a thing. Has anyone else tried and had any luck?

giving the updating its cost back (so you need to pay vehicle parts bla bla), this didnt work
the main gun on the tank works, (IDK why ...)
so now im gonna try and fix this shit for good XD

Hmm not sure which tank you're talking about, but if it's the Razorback, mine works just fine (the tank's cannon is right click to fire. Left click does nothing)

I like the new way of separation, it's neater and easier to see :) Also, somehow the Saas PP12 Hogg defaults to level 6; and everything else is level 1 (which gives them an exclaimation mark beside their name) If possible, it'll be nicer if everything that's not upgradeable defaults to level 6, will also save some confusion ;)
