Crash Course is in the DLC. In the poll a while back asking which one you were looking forward to the most, CC was an option.
And it's not hard to drag and drop a map over.

One of the reasons why I think Valve should've kept the GCF system so we could just have the content carried over if you have the first L4D installed.

The only thing that L4D1 will have exclusive is The Last Stand, Chet on the L4D2 twitter said it won't be ported to L4D2, or rather that they have no intentions to port it.

Being a survival map, it's far easier for map makers to port than any of the campaigns. So yeah, effectively L4D1 and 2 will be put into one game.

Also, I can never get into L4D2 purple because of the weapon animations. They feel so clunky, and ruin my imersion. The imersion in L4D1 was perfect, the way the weapon swayed and moved down when you ran. The whole atmosphere.... everything.
But the L4D handcannon, god almighty, someone put it out of its misery.
I was wondering why Louis was alone, then I saw the zombie patient butt. Nice touch.
