I would have made one for Borderlands 2, but then I noticed the cards sold for 80+ cents. Didn't really feel the badge would be worth it. Probably still isn't worth it, don't know how much the foil emote is gonna sell for later on.

You literally just need to have the game open for a chance to drop a card.

Funny thing is, if you use Steam Achievement Manager, you can launch games that you don't even have installed.

When you craft a badge, you get a free background for that game. You can also buy them off of the marketplace.
