on your own listing on the main market place where it lists all your current listings, it's whatever price you put it up for. on the actual market it shows up as what the buyer has to pay.

also, in case anyone didn't know, you can expand the cards into bigger images, frequently 1980x1200 images, in the badge progress section of your steam profile
