Make Essence: This ability produces 25 rune essence. If your hood has consumed an omni-talisman, this will be pure essence. You can use this 4 times a day.

I wonder if/how this is going to affect the rc economy.
Also, Frost Dragons got changed. People are reporting that they have a ring of recoil effect while they're glowing blue and that dragonbane bolts were nerfed against them. Hitting a FD when it glows deals 250-300 unavoidable recoil damage regardless of what your hit on them was. In other word if you lag don't fight FDs anymore or you'll get raped. Cannons still seem to work fine though. Oh and they have a ranged attack apparently?
People are speculating on the rs forums that daggonoth kings are going to be more popular now that it takes a lot longer to kill FDs without being recoiled to death :shrug:

The biggest catch with the WH is that you need an omnitalisman/omnitiara to unlock pure essence instead of normal essence, and an elemental talisman to get two free rune packs a day instead of one. Also you get 100/200 f2p runes daily but only 5/10 member runes. Still, it's great because you can stock up on pure ess at a bank, tele straight to the altar, craft all the ess, pull and craft all the ess from the hood, tablet tele back to the bank and make another run. For people like me who can't be arsed to RC it's basically easier and free daily exp.
Although yeah, tiaras are literally useless now since you can stuff talismans into the hood and use it.
Gah, the fucking Wicked Hood just gives you rune essence. Not pure essence. Goddamnit, at least the tele's are kind of useful.
Dancefloor is pretty cool, the dance animation is like 2 minutes long. Probably the most work Jagex did this month :D

-Frost dragons now have a ranged attack in addition to their magic attack.
-They have the ability to summon a glowing orb aura around them. Attacking the FD while the orb is active causes 200-300 unavoidable recoil damage, possibly equal to your max hit? It's also confirmed that recoil is dealt per hit, meaning using the dragon claws special attack on a glowing FD is basically an instant death.
-Using an antifire potion and Protect from Magic together isn't enough to block their dragonfire anymore. You actually need a shield or a super antifire now.
-Frost dragon bones randomly spawn in unobtainable locations, and can't be telegrabbed, mostly to fuck with bots.

Jagex is quite clever, in my opinion.
Hopefully they will be able to eradicate most bots so the economy and prices on stuff will not go to shit any more.
Luckily I don't bot for money. I do it for skills. So I WIN, FUCK YEEEEAH BOI.

Mixmatch of things really. I usually do chaos druids in the dungeoneering cave in edgeville dungeon's wilderness. I just did some blue dragons, but my lack of beast of burden summons, and agility to use the shortcut makes it redundant.

Ah. I've been running an alch script for about an hour and I've actually made a tiny profit just from buying nats and adamant javelins. Granted I'm doing it for the exp but I'm making a bit of money off it too.
