Hell no, divine is one of rarest drops in game and it's lucky we even got to see one.
I've have only ever seen those two drops mind you, the two rarest.

Divine sigil is one of the rarest items in game, bossing at bandos is much more common for drops such as bandos tassets.
i'd rather have a 700m drop than a 18m drop.

Not very long, clan event's my clan does are coinshare and we normally get a split and even then thats under 100 kills.
