If you don't mind the expenditure, use prayer pots and a cannon and you can do Mutated Bloodvelds instead of Bloodvelds. One of the fastest ways to get Slayer XP.

Except for the fact that a car dealership is a business, and you would need to pay for both a multimillion dollar building and lots of cars to make it even seem legit, and so the amount of money you would run off with after scamming those people would be miniscule in comparison, and in addition, the second they reported you to the police the business would be shut down, the building and cars taken by the bank, and you would now have lost more money than you scammed. in addition, you would be arrested before you even managed to leave the state you are in
on the other hand, in runescape it takes about 5 minutes to find a reputable dicer instead of some random-ass guy you find in edgeville, and the people that trust strangers with their money are stupid
