coal and every bar is going through the damn roof, I've got 600 or so steel bars siting in my bank and I'm working on 500 mithril bars.
I don't even think with me earning 5-8m per day i am going to be able to afford 99 prayer and still have leftover cash, dragon bone prices are going too high, it's quite disappointing

Should I wait to take on my slayer task to kill loads of Bloodvelds until I can wear d'hide better then green or should I just get it done with? I'm 47 range and 72 mage right now.

Get it over with, they're easy. Atleast you dont get like 240 to kill every time you get them.

And I'm not going to reset, because I recently did Smoking Kills and still working on a streak to start getting points.
If I blacklist a task that has been given to me, do I still need to do it to keep my streak going?

You really have to take into consideration that the 150,000 other accounts were only accounts controlled by a software, so no. It is not dead, it is actually more alive now that everyone has to controll their accounts without the use of any third-party software.
So I just randomly found this "Necklace of Fury" thing on the ground, and it turns out to be worth near 9 millions. When I found it, I had almost 300k, so this is a neat boost. Should I sell now, or keep it and sell later if the price goes up?

about the blast furnace, do i need to do a hard quest to access it? And when i can accsess it do some of you bother to show me where its located and how i use it for i shal melt 40k steel bars and then 160k cannonballs

Need to finish Ritual of the Mahjarrat and Nomads Requiem to access it. Also have 120 Dungeoneering, 99 Farming and 200m Runecrafting XP
