Don't they degrade though? I'm the type to have fun killing things and doing stuff with friends. I'm not going to make enough money to stay repairing it.

It would cost me around 250k every time the full set degrades. It may not be much for you, but for me it's a lot.

Doesnt cost a lot to repair compared to Chaotics. Almost up to my 5th Chaotic Repair and thats 2m per repair. Only thing you need is Platebody + Legs, thats 125K or so for 10 Hours of Combat(Probably last you several days, depending on what you are doing) and then upgrade to Fury/Bandos. Also how many minutes/hours until clan Photo?

Through ten hours of combat, either barrows, slayer, farming some monster, you could gain at least 250k-2m. It's not that much of a worry once you've got a steady supply of money, and a good way to gain money through combat, the price for repairing barrows becomes obsolete once you have those two.
