Green dragons are a good start.
Once you've got a good amount of cash, and have some good combat skills, you can try moving onto Barrows or Slayer.
However, if you prefer ranged combat, you can try out killing Steel Dragons and Iron dragons, hard to kill, but they're worth it.

Just stay close to wildy level 19, even if a pker decides to attack you, you can still teleport out of there.

I can easily access both - are you getting a connection error with the client? And can you open skidude's link a bit further up, that helped me.
