I don't think we want to end up like ejonkou; stripping young players of their items just because they're easy to trust people. You'd have to have a heart of ice to steal from people like that.
I would only take someone's stuff if A) I knew them and was taking their stuff back to them or B) I am certain they were botting.

Go talk to the first slayer master in burthrope, you have to finish a low level task though
