Pretty much all of them. But I would probably have to say Aberrent Spectre and Abyssal Demons.

Well they often drop good herbs, such as ranarrs.
They're about 50-150k per trip, substantial cash but i'll maybe consider killing them once i have a bunyip.
They drop a decent herb every like, 10 kills. Which take a while considering it's always packed with bots.
Just gave 35m away. That's 10m cash, 10m cash, Saradomin Sword and Dragon Platebody.
Time to get my Slayer to 99.

Well I just got 200 noted battlestaves, which is alright. Whips are like 800k dude, it's not even worth doing. Back in the day I could make like 8m per day from whips alone, but the economy has just gone downhill.

I've found worlds that had almost no other players killing Aberrant Spectres, perhaps 1 or 2 players would be there, but even though that they drop a decent herb every 5-10 kills (not sure), they're a good income.
10 trips and you've got money close to 1m, depending on if you got decent herbs/loot.
I got enough charms for 68-70 Summoning, time to get it :v:

I always join the 1500 skill level worlds when doing slayer, there are very few bots there.
or High Risk Wilderness Worlds.
