Funny thing, an hour after I got 99 dungeoneering I tried logging on to my account, saw "your account has been disabled" I was going fucking crazy man. Went to account management and saw no ban on record and was totally going crazy now, then remembered that I had a different account banned and that I had tried logging in to that one/ :v:

I've botted ~18m xp.
I've done 80-90m legit. It was fucking boring, I didn't feel I achieved anything.
It's my choice if I want to bot, the same way as it's your choice if you want to do crystal meth.

Bans aren't instant, damn people are stupid. Maybe its the amount of first or new botters, but the only time when you could bot 24 hours was when autorune was around. The "bot prevention" was a thread on the rs forums with the description of the botter.

I never said you had to stop, its your choice, I was just stating people bot for 15 hours and think they're not getting banned, then a few weeks later they get a major macroing ban.

The last account I was banned on got banned about 2 months after I stopped botting on that account

I don't get you. Botting is for people who have no interest in the game, and just want to level up their skills to sell the account, or to show off something you didin't earn. Runescape is just a time waster. You earn some XP day by day legit and that's it, that's the fun of it.

Also: The more you bot, the more boring the game will be, and eventually you wouldn't want to play the game anymore.
Tell me this, when you 'achieve' all your skills to 99 through botting, what are you going to do then? That's right, nothing, you botted all your skills for no purpose. Your account is just going to sit there for months on end because you don't want to play the game anymore. Why? Cause you sucked out all the fun of it through botting.
My friend alches a fuck load of items a day, for 10 hours every day, legit. How does he do it? He alches and watches movies at the same time, there are a lot of ways to make Runescape fun, no excuses.
At the end of the day, I really don't give 2 fucks on what you do. Bot all you want, then tell me what you're going to do with the account when you botted all your skills. Sell it, yeah that's your only option, way to ruin a game's experience.

It's so simple to understand, it hurts. Fun things need a requirement, I play to have fun and don't want to get these requirements because they're tedious and boring to get, so I'd rather have fun while getting them. I want to do these fun things, but don't want to do the shit that's required.

Well duh it's nicer to have 9 out of 10 skills at a good level than just one at ~80 and the rest untouched. I recently got my prayer level up to 70 and i didn't get anything out of it besides that level. I still did it, that doesn't make me an idiot as you're implying. Also, if it makes you sleep at night, I did it legit.
You should really stop trying to "reason" with botters, if that's what you're doing, because i don't think it's accomplishing a lot.
