So I'm about sixty years late in getting here but I'm noticing no models of anything have been released,
Should I assume that they will not be?
Or am I just missing everything that's going on?

I actually managed to get a 15mb map out of the game files but I couldn't do anything with it afterwards

problem is... there's no Materials and/or Models folders....
So any idea on how we can get those models into Gmod? Or is it the will of God that they not be?

From my knowledge, they use a different file system, different extensions etc. for most things. So probably not.

Everything is some jumbled encrypted filetype that someone posted a tool earlier to extract the files from. It's near impossible to tell which file is which, so it's not worth the effort to try to export models.

You need this tool to decrypt the hfs files: [url]http://wiki.xentax.com/index.php/Vindictus[/url] the tool does batch conversions.
Then you need to unzip them. I also suggest a batch unzip program, google it if you need one.
All the models have a .mdl.comp extentsion for some reason, just rename and delete the .comp part.
They all work 100% with CannonFodder's mdldecompiler.
btw, after I got the HFS tool, it took me about half hour to decompile / recompile that model and fix up the textures. I can create a more formalized tutorial if you would like.

Not that I've ever made a thread like this before, but I'm sure you're basically supposed to explain what the game is as well as provide some useful and obvious links, along with showing some previews of the game. Am I right?

I've stopped playing for a while. Last time I played was I think a little after Open Beta. I've heard a lot of lag issues are fixed and I'm definitely gonna start over again when Karok comes out, however I haven't heard any news of him for NA.
