So, a quick sum up from the people who do play it - how is it? lots of quests and instances or endless grind?
and if grind, is it atleast fun to grind?

It's quite fun if you have some friends to play it with and like games such as Monster Hunter. There's quite a few quests, which if you focus on getting them done cuts down on the grind a lot. The grinding gets fun towards the Level 30+ area due to bosses getting more interesting and challenging. Until Level 30 though you really shouldn't need to "grind" too much as your quests and running missions to unlock new ones should carry you along at a steady pace till 29 or so.

Servers don't matter too much since the latency difference is very marginal. East Server is located in Kansas and West in California.

They don't think Europe is profitable enough cause most likely they won't buy any Micro-transicted items
At this stage id prefer Activision over Nexon, they don't let people wait fucking months for EU Release.

The game really needed more content at launch in US. When the EU release comes out, it will come with a nice amount of content, as opposed to our original US release. Nexon is actually doing a really decent job with this game, and just the fact that they haven't done an EU release yet isn't a reason to hate the company. Be happy that you won't have to deal with the stuff that we did, like the quest text that wasn't translated, the intense server-created lag issues even though the dungeons are locally hosted (an issue that they have fully fixed), etc.
We don't be hatin' on Nexon but on Nexon EU, he isn't a nice guy and doesn't fights dragons like Nexon.
Nexon supports Japan? They must have a lot of business coming from there to their Korean servers.
And still no EU version. It's like Mabinogi again... :colbert:

Yeah, but EU does have Mabinogi. Rather late, sure, but there was a reason why it took a while for Mabinogi EU to come in the first place. They had to catch up in terms of content. US Mabinogi is only on Season 2 (1?) of G13, while EU has G12 (already).
They are likely doing the same with Vindictus. Hell, in Korea, Mabinogi Heroes took forever to come out. It was in a beta, then some sort of PC Cafe beta for months on end, then finally open beta and officially released. That being said, everything is done differently. Just wait and stop complaining about it.
On another note, the music that's playing during PvP is amazing. Can't wait until the 23rd.

Doggone it. I said the same thing, in the very same page. Although it doesn't hurt to say that the PVP music is awesome twice I guess.

Dark Knight transformation is really fun and badass. And thats with it completely unranked... its gonna be crazy when its ranked up.
Rocheste is pretty cool. Except the musician guy's instrument sounds like a bad keyboard instrument. And the reverse-talking citizens are just creepy.
The new crafting expertise stuff costs a ridiculous amount at the moment with no return... hopefully eventually it has a purpose. Cause you can't even craft the top-level equipment at the moment.
