Anyone know a way of bypassing the HackShield? I can get the proxy working, but the HackShield keeps on kicking me out of the game after a few.
You see, I know there's Vindictus EU now aswell, but that doesn't help when those who I want to play with are Americans. Goddamn Region Block.

I tried accessing the game from Europe about 10 months ago, I couldnt get it to work. But you could always try Hotspot shield, works for NA MapleStory from EU

Pretty dumb how there's a region block... (also if you do manage to get it working, i suggest you play on east, there's way more players and the marketplace has much more stuff being sold. I have people on my friends list that switched from west to east because the west was so poorly populated.)

Yeah we're doing east. Played east in the beta (or earlier beta?), at that time I could just replace the HackShield with an older version that did not detect Proxifier. But now the game detects whether you have an outdated version of HackShield or not. :argh:
I just found out the EU version has a damage counter (pop ups on how much damage you do to the enemy), why don't the other versions have that?

There is PvP.
What do you mean by end game? When you're high leveled you're most likely to be bored.
Like when you reach around max level or max level you have some stuff to do. Like end game raids in WoW, or some sort of PvP, territorial wars, fighting harder raid bosses, getting better armor/weapons etc.

Well you could increase the difficulty of the battles and get a party of 6 or 8 and fight some raid bosses. One of which is Glas Ghaibhleann who is ridiculous.
This was the korean version but it's available in the NA version and most likely in the EU version.

It's kinda boring at first but when you get past 20 or so it gets better

I'm having trouble getting to level 66. My guild mates said they grind hidden until they were 70 but I don't think I could handle that

I've only come across 1 person that uses their mic while playing vindictus and he HAD to be annoying. He was a Karok, somewhere in the 50s maybe in the 60s now. "I'm trolling this guy so hard" (while that may not sound annoying, the way he kept saying it was) and on top of that his mic is so damn sensitive or he's playing his shitty music so loudly that all I heard is a bunch of J-Pop over the mic. To add salt to the wound, there's no fucking mute function so I had to listen to all this shit.
Someone convince me to play this. I'm fucking bored and want a free MMO to play.

This trailer got me interested. Though the gameplay is kinda repetitive after awhile, the different bosses around Boat 4-5+ are interesting, and the design is pretty slick.

I just watched the gameplay video. This game does actually look pretty sweet. Now I really am downloading it.
I suggest you make quick friends with people otherwise soloing becomes a borefest and it's even harder than it should be (although if you successfully do solo, you get all the exp instead of splitting it).
am i the only one who doesnt like the character creation?
I could only change hair height and breast size i think :S
