Wow gameplay 10/10? Come on, you know it's repetitive. Oh also, characters get erased after every beta phase right?

i can login and start the game but when i am at the boat screen all the words are rectangles D:

Well, something interesting happened during the download phase. The downloader crashed around one gig into the first file, but somehow, it decided to install the game anyway. I managed to play through the first section and got up to the docks to head off to a quest (Tieve wouldn't talk to me at the inn), but then it crashed. Redownloading now, but it was pretty fun up to that point. I just hope my shitty internet doesn't let me down when it comes to partying time. I'm hoping it'll go away when I redownload.

More server downtime Anyone know the best way to get leather? I haven't seen any since the first friggin quest and I"m nearly level 12 now

I just got to finish off that damn hairy bastard at the start, got into the character creation screen, then server downtime, apparently around 2 hours worth. Game seems like a great mix of Demons Souls and Monster Hunter, fucking epicly good.

that Red Gnoll boss is freakin' epic

That Red gnoll boss is a pain in the ass. Although loading everybody up with those grappling hooks makes the battle hilarious. Constantly tripping and pounding him for 5 minutes was great.

One guy grappled a boss' off-hand, and was pulling it, and it was just like you had a string attached to a monkey and was pulling its arm, but it kept swinging his weapon with his other arm... It was pretty badass

Some of the latter armor/weapon sets look really amazing, only seen the ones for the girl though, but damn, so good. I like knocking them off balance with shield then grabbing them and smashing their skulls into walls.
