The modern Chemical Plant Zone looks absolutely beautiful.
I despise Sonic 06 with a passion, but if the level design is at least fun and playable unlike Sonic 06, then im fine with it.

I loved the daytime stages and SOME of the Werehog stages in Unelashed, i played the Xbox version, only minor frustration and the hatred of Eggmanland and part of the final boss, but its a good game.
I just hate Sonic 06, broken gameplay, broken physics, bad level design, everything.

What is the source is that footage? The comments say it was hacked and the uploaded confirmed, but how? Who hacked it and recorded it? And where the heck did they get the game?

The demo had the Modern stage in it, apparently, that was locked off. Hackers popped the game open and found not only the Modern GHZ stage but the classic elemental shields for Classic Sonic's levels. Then they decided to swap the Sonics around. :v:

Note: Despite what the video says it is a hack, classic can go in modern stages as well, but still has button promps etc, only reason it works in the demo is because it runs on the same engine for both characters.

Still, even if there were no plans to do it, if Sega sees that video I would hope they'd think it's awesome and make it official.

According to this guy, the video was hacked, but only to demonstrate what it would look like. He says there is text in the game which specifies this exact event.
