i'll throw it in the OP. looks fun. My Expectations wern't crushed by this. I like how they give a player the choice of classic or modern playthrough.

I personally think the Sonic Cycle was broken where Sonic Unleashed and Sonic Colors were released. But now, I'm sure the cycle is gone. This game looks amazing. And better momentum then Sonic 4 is good news.

Can't wait to see what City Escape and other Adventure levels look like in this engine. Thats if this game is made up of level remakes of course.

I jizzed in my pants. Everywhere. This looks better than Sonic 4 ever did. It looks like they're using the Unleashed/Colors engine, too. But won't this completely invalidate Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 2? Or does anyone think that SEGA will come up with some excuse to turn Generations into it? That'd be absolutely hilarious for them to still release Episode 2 after Generations and it's another pile of crap in comparison (if Generations is good of course).

Looks like it could be good, but it won't. This is how Sega are trying to sell it to you, by saying they are making a new game which is based on the old games. You all lap that shit right up. You shouldn't love games because you loved them when you were younger, it's completely irrelevant and this game will probably end up being a massive disapointment.

No slow crap or homing attack. The difference is that you can play the levels using a mode similar to Sonic Colors' gameplay. I'm fucking sold.
