There's one mission separating me from 100% and it's the Modern Rouge one in Seaside Hill. I get the L1 mashing glitch until I die and if that doesn't happen in a timely fashion my game crashes but it's only on that challenge stage.

I just completed all of the missions and bought all of the available skills. The trophy didn't unlock saying I had bought them all. What am I missing, exactly/ what skill isn't achieved via missions?
