I S-ranked it in my first go. It's not [i]hard[/i] once you learn how to get rings so you don't run out. However, not only is it a really bad blemish on an excellent game, but I'll go so far as to state (in my opinion out of all the games of the series I've played and beaten) that it's probably the worst Sonic final boss ever. Frustrating for the wrong reasons, terribly designed, and essentially pitiful as any sort of challenge once you get used to it (if you somehow dare to).

Thankfully, aside from Egg Dragoon, the rest of the game damn well makes up for it and more. :v:

Time Boss should've had more layers to him leading up to the tunnel fight. Seemed so rushed.

Also, is there really no hope for a DLC for this game? Sega could be bankin' serious cash via DLC levels and shit. Granted they added levels by the handful. Iunno, just speaking logic.

Now that we have a port of generations, Will we see ports of colors, unleashed, S&TBK, Secret rings, and 06? Personally, I didnt really like many of them, But it wouldn't hurt to have them... Or maybe full level packs from all of those games as DLC for generations?

I don't get the ring complaint, stop boosting all the time it's really not that hard, and when you hit him he shits rings everywhere, line up, and grab em, when you aren't boosting you have plenty of time to line up with rows and then boost to collect all of them.

Seriously I know the boss is shit and I completely agree but that shouldn't be a problem

The Time Eater boss had a great concept (Fight both robotniks at once? As both sonics? WHILE SUPER? all of my money). But the battle was just poorly executed.

I still think all the game is missing is a chao garden. That'd add so much replayability its not even funny.

Its a pre order DLC, What most people do is stick that data right on the disk as it gets shipped out, save some time forcing people to download it. All the code did for the 360 and the PS3 was unlock it.

And for the PC? Eh, We HAD time to pre order...But instead all we got was sonic and knuckles 3, and fucking 3D blast.

You gotta hold boost, Just as the fight begins. That'll get you an instant 20 rings.

when playing as modern sonic slow down when you see rings coming up, Line up, And boost.

When playing as classic sonic...Do i really need to explain what to do as classic sonic?
