I played Sonic Heroes today. I enjoyed it as a kid, I thought it'd be just as fun now, especially considering how fun I still find Sonic Adventure 1 and 2.

I saw a bunch of Generations figures at Target. Was thinking about getting that and classic Tails.
fuck now i want generation's figures. i guess they'll have to go with the tf2 figures..

On the whole, it's pretty fantastic. The level design is awesome and the music is [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B3a6lv6aJOg]godlike.[/url] I'm kind of frustrated by the controls, particularly of Modern Sonic, though. The last 3D Sonic game I played for any great length of time was Sonic Adventure 2 so that's my idea of "modern sonic" and frankly Sonic Adventure 2 controlled a lot better than the stiff, prone-to-suicide Sonic in this game.

It controlled amazingly to me, but then again I have played Soinic Unleashed. In other news, I finally got around to playing Sonic Colors. A little frustrating.
Sonic Colors is what prepared me for Generations and god Colors is great.
OK, what the fuck. I get slowdown even on the lowest settings. I can run, like, everything else just fine. This is aggravating.
Picked this up yesterday, absolutely LOVING it so far. Makes me remember how fun the original Sonic games were.
It also makes me remember how much I sucked at them.
So, anybody knows why the DLC hasn't been released yet?

Trying to complete Generations on 360 at 100%, done about half of the challenge rooms so far. I hope to god that SEGA port Sonic Colours to XBLA/PSN in HD at some point, I haven't got a wii or what not and I just went and purchased Sonic Adventure DX & Sonic 4 Ep 1 of the dashboard deal today.
Anyway, Gamespot are supposed to be revealing Sonic 4 ep 2 tomorrow... (maybe late news)
