Play with the settings a lot. I bet about an hour and a half of my game time in DooM 3 was just playing with it and tweaking it exactly how I wanted it. Mine looks pretty much identical to roxahris'

Which texture pack is that?
And to get it working with Sikkmod, do you just add the files into the Sikkmod folder instead of the default?
Sikkmod needs to be in a separate folder as it uses a completely different shader path and a fuckload more ARB scripting than vanilla, not even touching the enemy script changes.

Turns out there was a bug with the fists model and he beat my stupefied ass to pulp while I was shitting myself.
