If I remember correctly, you've got to get an older .exe that is at 1.0.4.0 and make a shortcut on your desktop. Something along those lines.

I'm running a 570 along with a Q9550, runs it fine even with ENB. The game's much more limited by your CPU than your GPU so if you have a better CPU than me (pretty likely) then you'll get better performance.
Just make sure you're running patch 1.0.4.0 if you want the fanciest graphics ENB can offer.

Doom 3 still looks good, even compared to today. Infact, it looks better than most games today.
