Spider Pit? Yea, its easy to speedrun through, I did it without even facing one spider. The whole spider pit before that is skippable too.

They poison too and theres like and infinite amount.

I don't know if we're talking about the same pit, but after the spider pit you're fighting goblins, orcs, and a cyclops. Zombies come quite a bit later when you're in the actual spider crypt and you're searching for the 3 crystals.

I avoided all the zombies in the crypt by using the rope bow to move around on the ceiling beams entirely.

It's running off the Xbox 360's graphical capabilities. It's impossible to max it out in the leaked beta, and DX11 isn't even working.
